As you already know, the GMX Mail collector is an awesome way to manage all your other email accounts in one place. To connect all your other email accounts to your GMX email account is quite simple. Follow the GMX Mail Settings’ procedure below:
Step one : Navigate to the official GMX homepage by typing www.gmx.com on your browser’s search bar
Step two : Login to your GMX inbox
Step three : Select the main menu at the left of the screen, click the “settings option”, then click the “Mail Collector option”.
Step four : Type in the Email Address and the Password of each email address you wish to fetch.
i. Tick “Delete e-mails from the third party sever after fetching“, if you want the mail collector to fetch your mail and delete it from the original email box it was sent.
ii. Tick “sort e-mails to a separate folder“, if you wish to keep the e-mail that has been fetched from another account in separate folders. With this, your emails will not be combined in one main inbox.
iii. Tick “When replying or forwarding e-mails, use the address that emails were sent to as the sender address“, if you wish to reply that email fetched from another email address to your GMX account as it was sent by the original address.
Step five : Click Save – This action will link the email address with your GMX Mail account. You will now be able to receive all your emails in one GMX inbox (in separate folders). If you have lots of mails in the other email accounts, it could take a longer time to complete the copying process.
